ORK Supplements – Return & Refund Policy

1. Policy Objective

At ORK Supplements, we are committed to delivering high-quality, authentic products that meet our customers’ expectations. This policy ensures a fair, transparent, and controlled process for returns, refunds, and exchanges while protecting both the customer and the integrity of our products.


2. Eligibility for Returns

2.1 Eligible Cases

Products may be returned or exchanged under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged upon delivery

  • Product is defective or compromised (e.g., broken seal, leakage)

  • Incorrect item delivered (wrong product, flavor, or size)

  • Product is expired or near expiry (less than 3 months remaining at time of purchase)

2.2 Non-Eligible Cases

Returns will NOT be accepted in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Opened or used products (unless proven defective)

  • Products without original packaging or seals

  • Improper storage by the customer (e.g., exposure to heat/moisture)

  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers


3. Return Window

  • Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery for online orders

  • Returns must be requested within 24 hours of purchase for in-store purchases

Any requests outside this window will not be accepted.


4. Proof Requirements

To process any return or refund request, the customer must provide:

  • Original receipt or proof of purchase

  • Clear photos/videos showing the issue

  • Product must be in its original condition (unless defective)


5. Refund & Exchange Options

5.1 Exchange (Preferred Option)

  • Eligible products will be replaced with the same item or an equivalent alternative

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

5.2 Store Credit

  • Issued in cases where replacement is not possible

  • Valid for 30 days from issuance

5.3 Refunds (Limited Cases)

Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

  • Product is unavailable for replacement

  • Verified quality issue with no alternative solution

Refunds will be processed via:

  • Same payment method (if applicable), or

  • Cash (for in-store purchases)

Processing time: 3–7 business days


6. Inspection & Approval

  • All returned products are subject to inspection by ORK team

  • ORK reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet policy conditions

  • Final decision rests with ORK after verification


7. Shipping & Handling (Online Orders)

  • If the return is due to ORK’s error → ORK covers shipping

  • If return is customer-initiated but valid → customer covers shipping fees


8. Authenticity Guarantee

ORK Supplements guarantees that all products sold are 100% authentic and sourced from authorized distributors.
Any confirmed authenticity issue will result in:

  • Immediate full refund or replacement

  • Internal investigation and supplier action


9. Abuse & Policy Enforcement

ORK reserves the right to:

  • Refuse service to customers with repeated return abuse

  • Limit returns from accounts flagged for suspicious behavior

  • Take legal action in cases of fraud or product tampering
